FCBD Studio is between 17th and 18th Sts. Parking: Parking: In addition to street parking, there is a UCSF fee lot on the corner of 17th and Shotwell St. A Fee Lot Machine is located near the parking kiosk. Public rates are in effect 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during regular workdays. After 4:00 p.m. on regular workdays and all day on weekends and holidays, a 24 hour flat rate of $1.50 per park is in effect.
